Return Policy for purchases made in store

The Black Orchid does not accept refunds or returns for purchases made in the Scottsdale store.  We offer a 24 hour approval period for our customers.  While leaving us with a valid payment method on file, our customers may take any item from the store and try it in their home for 24 hours.  If the customer is not satisfied they may return the items the next day at no charge.  If the customer is thrilled with their purchase they will simply call the store and request that payment be finalized.

Return Policy for purchased made online

Items may be returned to the Black Orchid in their original packaging and in good condition within seven (7) business days from original receipt of package.  The Customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and issued a store credit for the remaining balance.  Store credit is valid in the store or online. 

Claims

If an item was broken during shipment, please email the following information to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within three (3) business days of receipt of package:

1.  A photograph of the damaged item

2.  A photograph of the damaged box the item was shipped in

3.  A description of the damage

4.  Customer name, phone number, order number, and UPS tracking number

Provided the item is in stock, the Black Orchid will ship a replacement within five (5) business days of receipt of email.

Shipping Policy

Online purchases require a minimum order amount of $50.00.

Orders with all items in stock will be shipped within three (3) business days from date of purchase.

Orders that are partially in stock will ship what is available within three (3) business days from date of purchase.  The remaining items will ship within sixty (60) days from date of purchase.

Short term back ordered items will ship within sixty (60) days from date of purchase.

All other out of stock items are considered long term back orders and a Black Orchid representative will contact the customer by telephone prior to any action toward order fulfillment.

Items will be shipped via UPS.  Shipping costs are based on product size and weight as well as shipping destination plus a $5.00 packaging fee.
