To make a purchase with the Black Orchid online you must provide personal information such as name, ship to, email and phone as well as your credit card information including billing address, card number, expiration, and CSV code.  This information provided is used to process payments and fulfill orders.

We use an outside shipping company, UPS, and an outside credit card company, Wells Fargo, to process payments and complete shipments.  These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose beyond fulfilling your order.

Unless otherwise requested by the customer, the Black Orchid will retain basic customer data such as name, ship to, email and phone.  This information will be used solely for the purpose of notifying the customer about Black Orchid specials and new products.  This information will not be sold or shared with any third party outside of this organization other than to fulfill orders.
